Q02. What method of payment do you accept?
A02. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal and we also accept person checks and money orders. See our order page for more information.

Q03. How can you sell it so cheap?
A03. Since we deal with large quantities we are able to purchase directly from the manufacture. Plus, since we do not have the high cost of television ads we pass the savings onto you.

Q04. How long will it take to receive my order?
A04. It takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Product Questions

Q01. Are these the same as the ones on tv?
A01. Yes! These boosters are the exact same items that are advertised as 'boost your signal by 300%' on the infomercials and commercials for $19.95.

Q02. Will I have cellphone service everywhere?
A02. This product will only enhance your current cellphone reception. It can not produce a signal if there is no service in the area.

Q03. How long will the antenna last?
A03. The average lifespan is 18 months.

Q04. Can I reuse the antenna on another phone?
A04. This is not recommended because it can be damaged in the process of transferring it.

Q05. Are there models it does not fit?
A05. We are not aware of any models it does not fit, the size of the antenna is 1.25 x .75 inches. If your Compartment is smaller then this we do not advise using this product.

It will not fit Nextel 500 & 800 series and or any models with a screw back battery compartment. In other words, if your phone battery pack needs a screw driver to remove it, it will not work at all. Screw back battery packs are not intended to be removed at all.
